- After submitting the registration form, an acknowledgement email will be sent to you. Upon confirmation within 1-2 weeks, you will receive a second email with your registration ID as well as the event details.

Breakout Session Selection
- For more information on the Breakout sessions, please refer to the Programme.
- Registered delegates will be given entry priority. Delegates who did not register for the breakout sessions prior to the conference, will only be allowed entry into the session if there is availability.
Fees and charges
- The conference fee of S$450 is fully subsidised for delegates from local Community Care institutions.
Cancellation/ Replacement Policy
- Requests for cancellation/ replacement of registration must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org before 1st September 2018.
- No changes will be allowed thereafter. Late cancellation on or after 1st September 2018 will result in a penalty of S$450.
- In the event of a no-show, a penalty of S$450 will be levied on the registrants.
- Penalty charges will be forwarded to you or your respective institution’s Training and Finance departments for action.
