How much does it cost to attend the conference?

The conference fee of $450 is fully subsidised for delegates from local Community Care institutions.

Limited seats are available. In the event of a no-show, a penalty of $450 will be levied on the registrants.

How is Group Registration different from Individual Registration?

For Group Registration, the main Contact Person can register for up to 10 participants for the same organisation at a time. The name badges for group registration will either be mailed or self-collected as a group.

Can I use group registration if only some delegates will attend the post-conference workshops?

For group registration, the options selected will apply to all group members. For example, if the main contact person selects “I will only be attending the pre-event/ post-event workshop” then all group members will only be registered for the selected workshop(s) and not for the main conference. Similarly, it is not possible to register all group members for the conference but only some for a workshop. In cases where there are varied interests across the group, please use the individual registration instead.

When will my registration be confirmed?

After submitting the registration form, an acknowledgement email will be sent to you. Upon confirmation within 1-2 weeks, you will receive a second email with your registration ID as well as the event details.

Will I receive a Certificate of Attendance?

Certificate of Attendance will not be provided for this conference. If verification of attendance is needed, please email to qpf2018@twistmedia.sg.

Will I earn Medical/ Professional points (for Doctors/ Nurses/ Pharmacists) by attending the main conference and post conference event(s)?

Yes, CME/CPE points will be awarded for registered local Doctors, Nurses and Pharmacists. Please indicate your MCR/SNB number or PRN during registration.

If I am unable to attend the conference and my colleague is attending on my behalf using my conference pass, how can my colleague earn Medical/Professional points?

Please approach the helpdesk/information booth on the actual day to highlight the changes. The staff on-site will take note of the change in the professional registration number for your colleague to earn his/her Medical/ Professional points.

What is the dress code for the Conference?

The dress code for the Conference is business/office attire (staff uniforms are accepted).

What is your policy if I decide to cancel or transfer my registration?
